Work History

After I obtained my qualifications in arboriculture I headed down to the south west of England to work for a company clearing vegetation from powerlines. A year later my needs as a climber grew and I acquired a position in a new company pruning and removing trees for local council and domestic clients.

After a few years of mastering the art of pruning my life took a turn “Down Under” where I quickly became at home amongst the towering Eucalypts of Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Here I found myself working for one of Sydney’s premier tree company’s handling their large technical tree removals and difficult pruning jobs.

Following my long stay in Sydney my wife and I found ourselves drawn to the Hunter region where Agility Professional Tree Service was born. Agility has now built a reputation amongst Novocastrians as a definite long term tree maintenance business that provides specialist advice and quality service at a competitive price.

Our Goal

Our goal is to give our clients (you) the best service in the Hunter Region. To do this we invest back into the company to bring you a swift and efficient tree service using the latest techniques, training and equipment available.

We actively help to protect and preserve our environment by encouraging replanting and mulching as well as recycling all of our waste products to ensure an environmentally sustainable future. With every tree removal we will provide a replacement tree or shrub if requested at the time of quotation.

Agility Professional Tree Service is committed to the safety of staff, clients and property. We pride ourselves on our Occupational Health Safety and Rehabilitation Systems and are always looking for new ways to manage the risks associated with our work.

With ongoing training and development we continue to expand and measure our own occupational health and safety performance. We follow all safety, insurance and council requirements to ensure all residential, business and commercial projects are completed safely and professionally.
